We are hiring for a Ticketing Executive role with our esteemed client, a leading organization operating across multiple domains in both domestic and international markets.

Position Details

Role: TicketingExecutive (Voice)

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Shift Timing: For females primarily day shifts; For males 24*7 rotational

Experience: Min 6 months in Ticketing

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate/ Undergraduate with good English communication skills

Interview Mode: Virtual

Working days: 6 days, 1 rotational off

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling customer inquiries and providing travel solutions (flights, hotels, holiday packages, etc.).
  • Making reservations, issuing tickets, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Assisting customers with itinerary planning and travel documentation.
  • Providing accurate information on fares, schedules, policies, and regulations.
  • Managing customer queries via calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner.
  • Coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other vendors for smooth booking.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 6 months hands-on experience in ticketing, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
