Key Responsibilities:

• Integration Development: Design and implement integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, and other TIBCO products.
• System Design: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design scalable integration architectures.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize integration solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshoot issues to ensure the robustness of solutions.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and deployment procedures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to align integration solutions with business objectives.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with TIBCO products, including Business Works, EMS, and Active Matrix.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, XML, XSD, XSLT, and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Certifications: TIBCO Certified Professional (TCP) certification is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
