Job Description

International Marketing – Emerging Markets

 

Therapy Lead: Cardiometabolic/ Neuropsychiatry /Onco-Biosimilar/Gastro-pain/Anti-infective

Location: Hyderabad, Corporate Office

 

·         Developing brand plans/strategies for the product range – including short term (Quarterly / Annual) and co-orchestrate long term (Strategic) planning

·         Stakeholder management – internal cross functional teams and external agencies to cohesively deliver on marketing objectives and drive sales.

·         Innovation development – responsible to evaluate new product opportunities (pipeline) to expand and grow business. 

·         Market penetration strategy along with market research and gathering competitor insights from consumers / Healthcare Practioners to support Brand Strategies and track Brand equity.

·         Interaction with KOLs in assigned countries

·         Implementing marketing plans for target pool of audience

·         Product Branding- Contribute to growth of existing brands and launch new products successfully.

·         Brand plan review and implementation

·         Promo material development

·         Strategy design for new products launch

·         Manage A&P & drive efficiency for Marketing programs/activities- Conduct customized marketing activities to yield more business from new customers, to brick wall/ sustain existing business and contribute to future growth.

·         Handling product Promotions and Managing conferences, meetings, scientific symposia, CMEs.

·         Market research (IMS)- Conduct market analysis for competitor brands and utilize insights for Brand growth.

·         Field visit to selected countries to understand the key challenges and to provide robust plan

 

Desired qualifications

  • Undergraduate/Masters in Life sciences/Pharmacy
  • Marketing and Business Administration

Desired experience

At least 10+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry, out of which more than 7-8 years in marketing.

International marketing experience, focused on brand building, new launches is desirable (not mandatory)

Marketing Experience in handling Cardiometabolic/ Neuropsychiatry /Onco-Biosimilar/Gastro-pain/Anti-infective range of products
