Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in cochin airport for a professional Therapist. The Therapist will provide high-quality spa and wellness treatments to clients, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, recommending suitable therapies, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. The candidate will be required to adhere to industry best practices while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Expertise in a variety of massage techniques and spa therapies
• Knowledge of client consultation and effective communication strategies
• Ability to maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and a professional appearance
• Experience with customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Certification in Massage Therapy or similar wellness qualifications
• Experience in spa or wellness centers is a strong advantage
