Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Therapist Graduate. The Therapist Graduate will work directly with children with autism, delivering individualized interventions, conducting progress assessments, and implementing research-based strategies to support their development. Daily tasks include planning and facilitating engaging activities, collaborating with other professionals, and providing tailored reports on each child's progress. Additionally, the candidate will foster a positive and inclusive environment to encourage both social and cognitive growth in children.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of child development principles and neurodiversity
- Experience or training in therapeutic interventions, behavior management techniques, or special education methodologies
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse learners, families, and team members
- Adaptability and creativity in delivering individualized interventions and activities
- Educational background in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Special Education, or a related field
- Previous experience working with children with autism is highly beneficial
