Aviacons is expanding its academic team and invite applications from talented professionals for the following role: Theoretical Knowledge Instructors (TKI)

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, INDIA

Note: This is a full time time role

The training arm of Trans Aviacons Pvt Ltd, is setting new standards in ab-initio pilot training in India. With a strong emphasis on global best practices, academic rigor, and student success, we are building a team of passionate instructors who see instruction as a calling.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver ground training in accordance with DGCA & other CAA curriculum and internal quality standards.
• Mentor cadets and support them in achieving academic excellence.
• Develop, review, and upgrade course materials and instructional methods.

Requirements:

• Current experience or prior approval as a TKI by any CAA.
• Strong subject knowledge in core ATPL/CPL theory subjects.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
