Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Theatre Crew Member based in Chennai. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless cinema experience by assisting customers, managing ticketing, providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness in the cinema premises, and supporting the team with food and beverage service. The role also involves basic billing, and such as assisting the customers if required, and following health and safety protocols to maintain a comfortable environment for guests.

Qualifications

  • Customer service skills, including communication and problem-solving
  • Teamwork and collaboration abilities for working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of handling ticketing and operational systems
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role or customer-facing setting is a plus
  • A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new tools and processes
