Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth across assigned territories by managing distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor primary and secondary sales to achieve targets consistently.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and key metrics to senior management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, promotions, and after-sales support.
