Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in Social Science at The Gramodaya School in Bilara. The TGT Social Science teacher will plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum. Responsibilities include developing relevant teaching materials, assessing student performance, fostering critical and analytical thinking, and encouraging active participation in class discussions and projects. The role also involves mentoring students, preparing them for examinations, and collaborating with peers for continual academic improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Social Science and related subject areas
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and the ability to engage students in critical thinking
- Excellent Communication skills for effective teaching and student interaction
- Background in Education, including lesson planning and curriculum design
- Experience in conducting Research and encouraging students to explore topics in-depth
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Relevant teaching certification and familiarity with the CBSE curriculum
- Ability to work in an on-site academic setting and adapt to a student-centric approach
- Prior experience in engaging students with project-based and experiential learning is a plus
- TET / CTET qualifed with BEd
