Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced TGT Mathematics teacher for our ICSE school. The ideal candidate must be a post graduate in mathematics with strong subject expertise and thorough familiarity with the ICSE curriculum. The candidate must have the ability to plan and deliver engaging, concept-driven lessons that build clarity, confidence, and problem-solving skills among students. The teacher should be adept at using effective pedagogical strategies to make mathematics meaningful and enjoyable in the classroom.
The candidate must have a proven track record of preparing students successfully for ICSE Board Examinations, with consistent evidence of high student achievement and strong results. In addition, the candidate should possess the ability to lead and mentor the Mathematics department as Head of the Department, including academic planning, team coordination, quality assurance of teaching practices, and driving continuous improvement in student outcomes.
A track record of encouraging and preparing students for National and International level competitions related to mathematics or STEM will be an added advantage.
