Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Teaching Professional (TGT) role located in Hapur. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering subject-specific lessons, preparing engaging teaching materials, and fostering a positive learning environment. Encouraging student participation, evaluating progress, and communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues are key aspects of this role. The TGT will also contribute to school events and extracurricular activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Subject expertise and knowledge in teaching areas relevant to TGT (e.g., Mathematics, Science, English, or other subjects).
- Strong skills in lesson planning, curriculum development, and active learning methodologies.
- Effective communication, classroom management, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in critical thinking and creative problem-solving to engage and inspire students.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject. A teaching certification or equivalent is required.
- Previous teaching experience at the TGT level is preferred but not mandatory.
