Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bilara for a TGT English Teacher. The role involves facilitating English language instruction for students, utilizing innovative teaching methods to ensure understanding and engagement. Responsibilities include lesson planning, conducting classroom sessions, assessing student progress through tests and assignments, and supporting students language development. The teacher is expected to foster a positive and encouraging learning environment while contributing to extracurricular and co-curricular activities aligned with the overall development of students.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching with a strong command of grammar, writing, and literature concepts
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues
- Ability to handle Translation tasks and clarify complex concepts in multiple linguistic contexts
- Experience in Training students and delivering quality Customer Service to stakeholders like parents and guardians
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or related field
- Experience in teaching at the secondary level is preferred
- Knowledge of CBSE curriculum and modern teaching methodologies
- Passion for education and student development
- TET / CTET qualified with BEd
- Atleast 2 years of experience in the filed of english
