Location: Puducherry / Tamil Nadu
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Secondary Grade English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will inspire students, deliver engaging lessons, and foster a strong foundation in language, literature, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective English lessons for Classes 6–10
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and assessment materials
- Encourage critical thinking and active classroom participation
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback
- Monitor student progress and communicate with parents
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching practices into lessons
Subject Expertise (English)
- Strong command of grammar, literature, and language skills
- Ability to enhance students reading, writing, and speaking abilities
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in English or related field
- B.Ed (Mandatory)
- 2–5 years of teaching experience preferred
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge are welcome to apply
