Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in English, located in Sakti, Chhattisgarh. The TGT English teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons in English, creating a stimulating classroom environment, and evaluating students progress. Additional responsibilities include designing innovative teaching methodologies, providing constructive feedback, and supporting students language and communication skills development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English Teaching and a strong grasp of the English language.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in student guidance, including Training and mentoring methodologies.
• Basic skills in Translation and the ability to facilitate language learning effectively.
• Previous experience in Customer Service or relationship management with students or guardians is advantageous.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or a related field, along with a recognized teaching certification.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage with diverse groups of students.
