Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for a Garment Technologist. The Garment Technologist will oversee garment construction processes, ensure consistent quality control, and analyze textile performance for product excellence. Responsibilities also include collaborating with designers and production teams, managing garment fitting sessions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring alignment with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Garment Construction, Fitting, and understanding textile properties
- Proficiency in Quality Control measures and standards
- Strong Communication skills to liaise with teams and suppliers effectively
- Experience in manufacturing processes and materials within the garment industry
- A degree or diploma in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, or a related field
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Prior experience in garment production or technical design is an advantage
