Roles & Responsibilities
TestingLeader/Chennai
Exp : 15+years
Complete ownership of producttestingand release, designing automation frameworks for UI & batch components
Develop an automation strategy to support regressiontesting.
Create a standard framework for automationtesting, performancetesting, security, and penetrationtesting
. Identify opportunities to reduce manualtestingefforts and increase reliability through automation
Execute securitytestingprotocols to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and implement measures to fortify product security.
Provide technical leadership and support the creation of complextestcases.
Lead and mentor QA teams to drive efficiency, consistency, and innovation intestingapproaches.
Evaluate, select, and formulate the best usage oftestautomation tools and future alignment for different products and applications.
Establish design principles fortestautomation and performancetesting, and provide recommendations as needed.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to QA, and recommend and implement improvements to existing processes.
Possess a passion for achieving technical excellence with a focus on product quality and reliability.
Create and monitor QA Metrics and measure them regularly to create a trend graph
. Communicatetestingprogress andtestresults on a monthly/weekly basis.
Collaborate with product teams to strategize and align long-term solutions fortestautomation including roadmap, tools, and framework approach.
