We are looking for an experienced Testing Engineer with strong Project Management expertise who can take ownership of quality assurance and delivery leadership for a complex digital product.
This role requires someone who can drive the testing strategy while also leading execution, coordinating across multiple teams to ensure high-quality, on-time releases.
Note: Only candidates residing within a 100 km radius of Kochi and willing to travel to the office when required should apply.
#Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance & TestingDefine and own the overall QA strategy across mobile and web applications
- Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
- Perform manual and automated testing including functional, regression, integration, and UAT
- Ensure quality across mobile (Android & iOS) and web platforms
- Track, prioritize, and manage defects through to closure
- Validate releases and ensure production readiness
#Project & Delivery ManagementLead end-to-end project execution and delivery
- Convert requirements into epics, user stories, tasks, and test plans
- Coordinate closely with developers, designers, product owners, and stakeholders
- Plan and track sprints, timelines, dependencies, and risks
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution
#Required Skills & Experience49 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience testing mobile and web applications
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple work streams and stakeholders
