Job Description:

We are looking for a mid to senior level (3+ years) candidate in the Software Testing

Engineering Lead role. The role will primarily involve end to end testing of Algorithmic

trading software, large tick data sets, trading and market connectivity. You will be part of

the Development team and work closely with developers and project stakeholders to

deliver cutting-edge quality products to meet the Firm's trading needs.

A successful candidate will be an individual contributor who is passionate in

implementing good quality tests both manual and automated and taking ownership in

improving software development process and delivering high quality products in the area

of algorithmic trading.

Required Skills:

  • Ensure high quality software delivery though leading, writing, executing and

automating QA testing

  • Experience in Testing Engineering in FinTech, manual or automation
  • Python and Shell scripting to automate the task
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated with ability to multitask

Desired Skills:

  • Prior experience in financial trading platform
  • Experience in databases, preferably in KDB+/ Q
  • Experience in Quick FIX
