You'll Be Responsible For
- Collaborate within project teams, providing guidance and mentoring to colleagues while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
- Lead the completion and coordination of MEP design packages, ensuring programme, cost, quality, and Health, Safety and Wellbeing deliverables are achieved.
- Manage interfaces between packages and coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and wider delivery partners.
- Identify risks proactively, developing and implementing mitigation plans to safeguard project outcomes.
- Apply technical expertise in modern methods of construction, supporting innovation in digital technologies and prefabrication.
- Contribute to project strategies and standards, working collaboratively to advance the net zero carbon transition through proactive carbon management.
You'll Need To Have
- Degree qualification is essential with 15-20 years experience.
- Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
- Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
- Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
