Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans and validation strategies for camera systems
  • Perform functional, environmental, mechanical, and electrical reliability testing
  • Validate image quality, optical stability, and firmware performance
  • Conduct accelerated life testing (ALT), burn-in, and endurance testing
  • Perform failure analysis (RCA) and support corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with automotive standards Prepare test reports, dashboards, and reliability metrics
  • Coordinate with design, supplier, and manufacturing teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics
  • Experience in camera testing or imaging systems
  • Strong understanding of reliability engineering concepts
  • Hands-on experience with thermal chambers, vibration shakers, EMC labs
  • Knowledge of optics, sensors, ISP, and camera interfaces
  • Experience with DFMEA, PFMEA, and validation documentation
