Test Manager

Senior Test Leadership – Channels & BFSI Domain:

• 18+ years of experience, with the majority in the BFSI sector.
• Over 10 years of experience in testing Channels, including Retail, Corporate, and Mobile Banking.
• Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously across domains.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, Automation, and Performance Testing (PT) methodologies.

QA Leadership & Project Oversight:

• Overall responsibility for quality of testing and timely delivery of all QA deliverables.
• Key driver of test improvement initiatives across projects.
• Create test strategy, overall plans, and define resource requirements and technical skill areas.
• Interaction with client teams on project risks, concerns, and issue resolution.
• Report project status to the Delivery or Program Manager.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific and QualityKiosk processes.
• Consolidate and report metrics for all project activities.
• Lead knowledge management efforts on the project.

Team Management & Delivery:

• Create test design, execution plans, and testing schedules.
• Assign tasks to team members and efficiently manage workload.
• Track project milestones and ensure timely deliverables.
• Manage the offshore team, monitor progress, and ensure quality.
• Provide inputs/clarifications to the offshore team as needed.
• Keep track of new requirements and ensure they are tested effectively.
• Conduct daily defect discussions and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure strict adherence to onsite-offshore processes and agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with users for inputs, reviews, and approvals.

Quality Assurance & Reporting:

• Responsible for metrics measurement and implementation across the QA lifecycle.
• Report on testing activities, including test results, test suite development, test case coverage, and defects.
• Ensure adherence to testing processes and standards.
• Coordinate with various client teams for UAT activities.
