18+ years of experience, with the majority in the BFSI domain.
Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in leading large and complex projects from a QA perspective.
Strong expertise in QA governance, reporting, planning, monitoring, and execution.
Must have experience in the Cards & Payments domain, having led at least 2–3 projects from a QA standpoint.
In-depth knowledge of cards and ATM portfolio.
Overall responsibility for the quality of testing and timely delivery.
Key driver of test improvement initiatives.
Create test strategies, overall plans, resource requirements, and allocation of technical skill areas.
Interact with client teams to address project risks, concerns, and resolution of issues.
Report project status to the Delivery or Program Manager.
Ensure compliance with Client and QualityKiosk processes.
Consolidate and report metrics for project activities.
Maintain knowledge management for the project.
Create test design, execution plan, and testing schedule.
Assign tasks to team members and manage workload efficiently.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Manage the offshore team and monitor work.
Provide inputs and clarifications to the offshore team.
Track new requirements from the project.
Lead daily defect discussions.
Ensure adherence to onsite-offshore processes and agreed timelines.
Coordinate with users for inputs, reviews, and approvals.
Responsible for metrics measurement and implementation.
Report on testing activities including test results, test suite development, test case coverage, and defect tracking.
Ensure adherence to defined test processes.
Coordinate with various client teams for UAT.
