Test Manager

Seeking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing digital transformation within finance and Integration projects (build - deploy - run approach).

Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering

• 5-7 years of relevant experience

• Proven track record of successfully handling projects involving multiple stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Forecasting: Help develop and understand comprehensive project plans that include scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management

• Schedule/Time Management: Ensure timely completion of projects by setting realistic milestones and adjusting schedules as needed

• Execution Management: Oversee project execution to ensure tasks are completed according to plan while maintaining quality standards

• Problem-Solving & Risk Assessment/Mitigation: Identify potential risks early on and develop effective strategies to mitigate them

Technical Skills:

• Know-how and practicing with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban

• Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Google Sheets / Excel

• Keen to details and highly knowledgeable in report generation like weekly status, burn-down charts, velocity, RAG updates

Soft Skills Required:

• Ability to display leadership by assembling, directing project teams on tasks and assertive in seeking updates and clarity among involved parties

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, vendors, etc.

• Ability to manage conflicts through negotiation techniques ensuring minimal impact on project timelines

• Strong strategic thinking capabilities combined with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and demands of task completion within the team
