Job Description

Will be responsible for the overall delivery of the project
Should be a single point of contact for the Bank and act as a primary interface to the Bank for all matters that can affect the baseline & schedule
Implementation of the Testing process as defined & identified in the RFP document
Maintain all project-related communications through Bank SPOC
Provide escalation to Vendor's senior management if required
Conduct regularly scheduled project status meetings
Review and administer the Project Change Control Procedure with the Bank SPOC
Identify and resolve problems and issues together with Bank SPOC
Responsible for preparation and delivery of all periodic reports/documents relating to the projects being delivered
