Job Description

  • 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within software development teams, fostering Agile best practices and team collaboration.
  • Proven experience managing multiple squad teams in large software development projects in the technology industry.
  • Strong ability to coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
  • Required: Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Preferred: Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or PMI Agile Certified Professional (ACP)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with expertise in consensus building, stakeholder negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, cycle time) to help teams optimize performance.
  • Identify and remove obstacles that impact team progress, ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering, and Business Teams to align project goals and priorities.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and MS Office Suite for Agile tracking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Ability to anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage change effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
