Test Manager- Core banking

Job Summary

• 12+ years of experience
• 2+ years of experience as a Test Manager
• Should be able to manage the team
• Must have Core Banking experience
• Must have knowledge of Banking CRM, SVS, FI API, FSA, CASA, Liability, Loan, Payments, Inventory, or Trade Finance
• Experience with Finacle Custom Menu Testing, User Management, Upload, Testing of EOD, BOD, EOM, EOY
• In-depth understanding of Software Testing Standards
• Proficient in creating test scenarios and test cases based on BRD document
• Proficient in executing test cases and ensuring outcomes align with business requirements
• Document test evidence
• Record defects and ensure timely resolution discussions and delivery
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Basic knowledge of writing/running SQL queries
• Good understanding of API testing using both SOAP and REST standards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong logical thinking
• Automation experience with managing projects for at least 2 years
