Location- Mumbai/Bengaluru

Must Have- Automation, selenium, cloud migration

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Test Manager to lead enterprise-wide testing strategy and governance for large-scale Cloud Migration and Application Modernization programs.

This role will oversee multiple workstreams (applications, data, infrastructure, integrations, security) and ensure seamless validation of legacy-to-cloud transitions across re-hosting, re-platforming, and re-architecting initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), distributed systems, DevOps, data migration validation, and transformation governance.

15+ years in QA / Quality Engineering

5+ years managing large-scale transformation programs

Proven experience in enterprise Cloud Migration programs

Hands-on knowledge of:

• AWS / Azure / GCP
• Microservices & API ecosystems
• Containerization & orchestration
• CI/CD tools

Strong expertise in:

• Data migration validation
• Performance engineering
• Enterprise risk management

Experience managing distributed teams (30100+ members)

Certifications (Preferred)

• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
