Job Title: Test Lead with Manual testing in Card-Cortex

Job Description:
- Seeking a Test Lead with proven expertise in Card-based banking solutions and Digital Banking platforms to join our team immediately.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in testing, with minimum 5 years in FIS IST/Cortex.
- Deep knowledge of Card Management Solutions, especially FIS Cortex and IST.
Hands-on experience with:
- All modules of FIS IST Switch/Cortex
- Cortex Authorization rules, product setup, risk rules, fees
- Acquiring modules, POS, and Cortex APIs
- Card life cycle management, FIS clearing/payment monitoring
- Strong interaction with Visa, MasterCard, NAPS, AMEX, UPI
- Expertise in NFC, Contactless, Tokenization-based transactions
- Testing experience in ATMs, scheme compliance (Visa/MasterCard), and simulators (OTS, Visa, MasterCard)
- Familiarity with MTIP, VSDC, and terminal certification
- Knowledge of ISO8583 message format, Oracle 19c, and PL/SQL
- Comprehensive understanding of EMV, VBV, PCI, and card applications
Experience in:
- EMV migration and acquiring/issuing for ATM/POS
- Launching new products and system migrations
- E-commerce acquiring with Visa/MasterCard
- Vendor coordination for deployments, enhancements, and issue resolution
- Strong grasp of Visa MasterCard rules regulations
- Domain expertise in EFT and Banking Channels (ATM, POS, PCTs, Internet Banking)
- Hands-on with Prime, Way4, and wallet/tokenization initiatives
- Understanding of Mobile/Internet Banking, secure transaction protocols
- Prior involvement in regulatory tech projects (e.g., Central Bank, PCI DSS)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
