Test Lead

Description

We are seeking a Test Lead to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in software testing, with proven expertise in leading testing teams and ensuring the quality of software applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software applications.
• Lead a team of testers and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects.
• Identify, record, and track defects, and ensure timely resolution with the development team.
• Perform regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) as required.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in testing processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in software testing, preferably in a lead role.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Proficiency in writing and executing test cases and test scripts.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
