Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in Playwright and TypeScript or JavaScript. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of testing frameworks and a proven track record of managing complex projects. This role requires a strong focus on quality assurance and the ability to lead teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) exposure is a plus.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products.
Utilize Playwright for automated testing, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product managers, to define project scope and objectives.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
Implement best practices for software testing and quality assurance, leveraging Playwright and TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks.
Mentor and guide team members in the use of Playwright and related technologies.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise.
Mandatory Skills
5 to 7 years of experience in software development and project management.
In-depth experience with Playwright as a testing framework.
Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience with other testing frameworks and tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments.
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum Master) are a plus.
