Job Description

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise:

6 to 8 years of experience in performance testing, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
Hands on experience with requirement gathering, test strategy, test planning, analysis, and reporting.
Experience leading performance testing teams and stakeholder management.
Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (NeoLoad, JMeter, LoadRunner).
Strong knowledge of scripting, parameterization, and workload modeling.
Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, or AppDynamics.

Good to have:

Telecom domain experience and Amdocs applications.
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
