TEST LEAD - LEAD

Experience: 8+ years in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a QA Lead role.

Automation Tools: Hands-on expertise in Playwright for end-to-end testing, with TypeScript as the primary scripting language.

AI Automation: Experience implementing AI-driven test automation frameworks for predictive testing and intelligent defect detection.

Test Strategy & Planning: Proven ability to design and execute test strategies, test plans, and test designs for complex web and mobile applications.

Test Case Management: Strong experience in reviewing, optimizing, and maintaining test cases across functional, regression, and performance testing.

Team Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading QA teams, mentoring junior testers, and managing cross-functional collaboration.

Agile & DevOps: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and integrating QA into CI/CD pipelines.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting, defect triage, and cross-team coordination.

Preferred Experience-

5+ years in Quality Engineering or AI Testing, with 2+ years in LLM or Conversational AI validation.

Strong Python programming skills and SQL expertise.

Proven experience with Promptfoo, MCP, A2A testing, and Evals integration.

Understanding of agentic AI frameworks, multi-step reasoning, and tool orchestration.

Knowledge of LLM fundamentals, prompt design, and response scoring.
