Job Location-: Gurugram
Work Mode-: Hybrid (4 Days Onsite in a Week)

Key Responsibilities
- Automation: Identify automation areas and write test cases using Python.
- Testing Lifecycle: Design test plans and cases for new features.
- Execution: Execute regression suites and other repeatable tests prior to production releases.
- Project Oversight: Manage automation suites and contribute to QA frameworks for both existing and new projects.
- Quality Standards: Establish metrics and apply industry best practices to ensure quality goals are met.
- Collaboration: Peer review work from other QA members and communicate with clients regarding escalated issues or bugs.
Technical Requirements
Networking & Protocols
- Mandatory knowledge of Firewall networking products and protocols.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, ARP, DHCP, NAT, L2 switch, and L3 routing.
- Proficiency in protocols: VLAN, STP, RSTP, LLDP, RIP, OSPF, and VRRP.
- Experience with Traffic Generator tools like Scapy.
Automation & Tools
- Expertise in Python for script creation and execution.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and bitbucket.
- Experience with API testing and Test Case Management tools.
- Proficiency in both UI (web-based) and Command Line Interface (CLI) test execution.
Debugging & Analysis
- Perform automation failure log analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Experience debugging test setups and script failures.
- Defect reporting: Filing and reproducing bugs using management tools and driving issues to closure.
Qualifications
- Education: B.E./B.Tech. from top-tier universities; Masters/MBA in IT or related fields is preferred.
