- Overall 12+ Years Industry Experience including Functional/Manual Testing.
- Experience of Manual Testing as a Test lead.
- Should be able to write comprehensive Test Strategies.
- Test Case Review and feedback.
- Should have experience in capturing, tracking, reporting, QA KPI and metrics.
- Leading teams of 5- 10 people and able to resolve/ address/ route functional/ technical queries from the test team.
- Able to estimate testing work for the team based on story/ feature documents.
- Lead and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases and test procedures.
- Should be able to write comprehensive test strategies.
- Test case review and feedback.
- Should have experience in capturing, tracking and reporting QA KPI and metrics
- Write summary reports on test status.
- Running Test suite across the web, different browsers, and backend environments.
- Reporting defects clearly and concisely.
- Developing high-quality Test suites based on requirements defined in collaboration with our product and dev teams.
- Using JIRA / Devops to track Test Execution, Results, and Defects.
- Working with a functional team to ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are clear and comprehensive.
- Working with the Development team to identify bespoke test capabilities that need to be built into our projects.
- Maintaining standards documentation to help accelerate our work.
- Develop bug-preventive strategies with the development team using test-driven development and continuous integration.
- Responding to customer incidents and resolving issues is important.
- Domain Knowledge on SAP and Salesforce will be preferred.
