Job Title: Automation Test Lead
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore
Job Summary
We are seeking a Test Lead - Automation Testing to drive end-to-end QA delivery across manual, automation, and API testing. The role involves leading a team of testers, ensuring high-quality, production-ready releases every sprint, and enhancing testing frameworks through automation and CI/CD integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA planning, test case design, execution, and automation.
- Implement and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium/UFT (Java).
- Conduct API testing (Swagger, Postman with JavaScript) and database validation using SQL.
- Ensure sprint deliverables meet production standards with zero major defects.
- Track and manage defects, performing first-line triage for released features.
- Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams to resolve issues within SLAs.
- Mentor team members and ensure alignment with Agile best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- 812 years of QA experience with 5+ years in automation (Selenium/UFT).
- Strong in manual, automation, and API testing.
- Proficient in Java, SQL Server, and Web Services.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker) and DevOps/JIRA/TFS.
- 2+ years of experience leading QA teams.
- Exposure to US Healthcare domain preferred.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
