We Are Hiring: QA Automation Lead Network Domain

Job Location: Bangalore

Role: Test Lead / QA Automation Lead

Education: [B.E./B.Tech]

Experience: 6+ Years

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead with strong expertise in networking, test automation, and switching products. If you have deep hands-on experience in L2/L3 protocols and Python automation, this role is for you!

Required Skills

• Strong experience testing network switching products
• Deep knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, L2/L3 networking protocols, including:
• VLAN, STP/RSTP/MSTP, Link Aggregation
• DHCP, IGMP Snooping/Querier
• QoS, ACL
• Redundancy protocols: MRP, VRRP, HSR/PRP (ideal)
• Expertise with:
• Traffic generators: IXIA, Spirent, TRex
• Python-based Test Automation
• Packet sniffers: Wireshark, Scapy
• Performance, scale, soak, robustness & stress testing
• Strong debugging experience in embedded Linux
• Hands-on with rugged/industrial networking devices (big plus)

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience testing: Belden, Hirschmann, Siemens, Cisco IE, Moxa, or similar industrial switches
• Familiarity with TSN (Time-Sensitive Networking)
• Knowledge of Industrial Ethernet (IEC 61850, EN50155 preferred)
• Testing knowledge of ETB, Ethernet/IP, PROFINET
• Experience in SCADA/IIoT networking
• Network cybersecurity testing (IEC 62443)
• Certifications: CCNA / CCNP / JNCIA / JNCIS
