Test Engineering Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, evaluate, and develop a team of engineers to achieve project goals on time and with high quality.
• Design career development programs and short-term plans to enhance team skills and performance.
• Apply data-driven analysis and make pragmatic decisions balancing immediate vs long-term business and technical needs.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, development managers, product managers, and scrum-masters in an agile, scaled environment.
• Stay updated on technology trends and encourage team adoption of best practices.
• Develop and maintain test scripts from functional/technical designs, functional test scripts, or ad hoc testing.
• Select, validate, and implement QA tools and frameworks.
• Understand user requirements, develop test cases, automate scripts, perform testing, debug code, and provide comprehensive reports.
• Contribute to CI/CD implementation and continuous improvement processes.
• Lead change, adapt quickly, and foster a culture of learning and improvement.
