Role Summary
We are looking for professionals from
Capital Market Broker Back Office Operations who are eager to transition into a
Manual Testing career. The role focuses on testing applications related to
Clearing, Settlement, Trade Processing, and Reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand broker back-office workflows including trade confirmation, clearing, settlement, and reporting.
- Translate business processes into test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform manual testing of capital market applications.
- Validate trade lifecycle from execution to settlement closure.
- Identify defects and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
- Participate in functional, regression, and UAT testing.
- Maintain detailed testing documentation and reports.
Required Profile
- Experience in Capital Market Broker Back Office Operations (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of:
- Trade processing
- Clearing & Settlement
- Client reporting & reconciliation
- Strong interest in shifting career into Software Testing/QA.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
Preferred (Good To Have)
- Basic knowledge of Manual Testing concepts
- Exposure to tools like JIRA/ALM
- ISTQB certification (optional)
- Basic SQL knowledge
