Must Have (primary Skills)
- Excellent in writing good test cases
- Excellent ability to ensure Test coverage
- Good knowledge on SDLC, STLC, Defect Life Cycle, Test Plan, Test case design technique,
- Good understanding of defect reporting, tracking defects, and updating the bug status on every build,
- Excellent ability to do Testing from Customer point of view
- Excellent application of functional, Integration, System, Regression testing, Re-testing
- Excellent understanding of defect Tracking and Lifecycle Management with various tools
- Good understanding of different testing techniques such as Black Box testing (that will cover boundary value, equivalence class, decision table techniques)
- Adept in working in an Agile Environment
Added Advantage
- Good understanding of API testing
- Experience in Database testing
- Understanding of Risk analysis and mitigation
- Good at writing SQL queries in Management Studio
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have at least 1- 3 Years of experience in Manual Testing
- Should have done a certification program in manual testing
- Good knowledge of testing product-based application
- Should have good knowledge of Sdlc, STLC and Bug Life Cycle
- Good understanding of Agile/scrum techniques and understanding of Rdbms such as Microsoft SQL server
- Good Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Testing Concepts CSTE / ISTQB certification is a plus
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Self-motivated and thinks through on how to offer best possible software solution to the end user
