What do you need to do (Role and Responsibilities)
- Conduct QA and QC checks on ad configurations, ensuring correct setup and functionality.
- Test ad creatives for compatibility and performance across iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate with the Ad Ops team to deploy and validate ad placements.
- Troubleshoot creative issues affecting implementation, tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain logs for iOS and Android devices and document test results.
- Identify, report, and track bugs using ..JIRA or .Google Spreadsheets..
- Work closely with development teams to investigate, reproduce, and resolve ad-related issues.
- Validate high-risk changes before integration to ensure stability.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Perform regression, verification, and deployment testing as needed.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to the QA Lead.
- Send a daily status report to the QA lead.
Who could you be (Background and Experience):
- 1+ years of experience testing ad solutions on desktop and mobile apps (iOS & Android).
- Strong bug detection and reporting skills.
- Experience with defect management tools (JIRA, MANTIS, etc.).
- Familiarity with mobile gaming trends.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (verbal & written).
- Preferred: Experience with ad mediation platforms like ironSource AdMob and Applovin.
Good to Have :
- Experience in the Mobile gaming sector.
- ISEB or ISTQB Certification.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
