- Basic understanding of software testing, QA cycles, and defect management lifecycle.
- Proficient knowledge of JIRA (or equivalent ticketing tools) including advanced usage of JQL.
- Strong working experience in MS Office / Google Suite.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization, dashboard creation).
- Good communication skills
