We're looking for a Senior Test Engineer with 8+ years of experience in Manual Testing, Mobile and Web Application Projects

Shift: General & EMEA (Rotational)

Key Skills:

Experience Level: 8 - 9 years of total experience.

Agile Expertise: At least 4 years of Agile experience specifically in Mobile and

Web application projects

Extensive experience working directly with engineering teams.

Test Design: Good experience in designing high-level and low-level test cases

using various techniques.

Tool Proficiency: * Experience with test management tool schemas and

workflows.

Maintenance of test case repositories using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or

TFS.

Technical Skills: * Knowledge of API, SQL, CI/CD tools, Web services, and

debugging.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets (formulae and pivot

tables) for data analysis.

QA Methodology: * Proficient in root cause identification methodologies.

Skilled in creating QA artifacts, including Test Plans and Strategies.

Core Quality Traits :

Communication: Must have good communication skills.

Testing Expertise: Requires an in-depth understanding of testing.

Analytical Thinking: Should possess strong problem-solving and cognitive

thinking abilities.

Metrics & Adaptability: Must understand testing quality metrics (e.g., Defect

Leakage, QA Bug Validity Rate) and be a quick learner who is flexible to

changes.
