Process development: Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards to prevent defects and improve efficiency. Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as development, to understand requirements, resolve issues, and improve product quality. Compliance: Ensure products and processes meet security standards and comply with industry regulations. Troubleshooting: Assist in troubleshooting issues in live environments and help replicate customer-reported defects.
