Job Description
Test Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures for end-to-end OTA updates, including download, installation, rollback, and update verification on test benches and in vehicles/field.Defect Management: Identify, report, track, and retest software defects and issues using tools like Jira and Confluence. Analyze logs to determine the root cause of issues, collaborating with development teams for resolution.Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain test scripts and automation frameworks using languages like Python or Java and tools like Selenium for UI automation or Postman/JMeter for API testing.System Validation: Validate functionality across various components (e.g., cloud UI, backend services, embedded ECUs, Telematics Control Units) and verify wireless performance metrics like Total Radiated Power (TRP) and Total Isotropic Sensitivity (TIS).Documentation & Reporting: Ensure all test runs and results are thoroughly documented, generating detailed test reports for stakeholders.
