Cognizant is looking for an experienced TestComplete Automation Tester with strong hands-on expertise in building and maintaining automation frameworks using TestComplete. The ideal candidate should have significant automation experience and be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using TestComplete
- Develop and enhance keyword-driven / data-driven frameworks
- Automate functional, regression, and smoke test scenarios
- Work on desktop, web, and/or mobile automation (as applicable)
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Analyze test execution results and manage defect lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Product Owners)
- Ensure automation coverage and contribute to test strategy
Required Skills
- 6-10 years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in TestComplete automation
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages supported by TestComplete (JavaScript / Python / VBScript / C#)
- Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks
- Understanding of Object Recognition and Name Mapping in TestComplete
- Experience in database validation (SQL queries)
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodology
- Experience with version control tools (Git)
Good to Have
- Experience in API testing
- Exposure to cross-browser testing
- Experience in integrating TestComplete with CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of defect management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
