Brief Job Description:
• Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to ensure clarity and feasibility.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and strategies to maintain software quality.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test cases to validate product functionality and performance.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like Selenium and Playwright.
• Identify, document, and report issues, and ensure their resolution through thorough verification.
• Propose solutions to address identified product challenges and enhance overall quality.
• Investigate and improve product quality to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Design teams to identify and address defects efficiently.
• Analyze testing outcomes and refine test cases to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in QA processes and methodologies.
• Track and report quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and unresolved defect counts.
• Stay updated with emerging testing tools and strategies to enhance QA practices.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and metrics to senior management.
Educational Qualification: B.E or B.Tech
Experience: 7+ years
Work Experience and Skills required:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
• Proficient in a range of testing techniques, including UI Testing, Automated Testing, and Cross-Browser Testing.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
• Solid knowledge of SQL for data validation and testing.
• Experience working with C#, NUnit, and BrowserStack.
