Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica IICS (CDI & CAI)
- Integrate Salesforce, BigQuery, and external systems (batch & real-time)
- Implement and optimize Salesforce Bulk API upserts for large datasets
- Develop SQL-based transformations, validations, and data quality checks
- Build error handling, logging, auditing, and alerting mechanisms
- Implement reprocessing strategies for failed records in ETL/API workflows
- Support OpenAir → Certinia PSA migration, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
- Create reusable mappings, mapplets, and taskflows for standardization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Informatica IICS (CDI & CAI)
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations (Bulk API, REST API, upserts using external IDs)
- Hands-on experience with GCP BigQuery
- Strong SQL skills (joins, transformations, performance tuning)
- Expertise in error handling, logging, and failed record reprocessing
- Solid understanding of data integration and data warehousing concepts Preferred
- Experience with Data migration
- Experience in building reusable integration frameworks
- Informatica / Salesforce / GCP certifications
