Summary:

As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced quality methodologies and tools. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring that testing efforts align with organizational goals to deliver superior product quality. Collaboration across various teams and guiding the transformation towards predictive and intelligent testing are key aspects of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement best practices in software development.
• Assist in the testing and validation of software components to ensure quality and functionality.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing, Playwright.
• Strong hands-on experience on Playwright.
• Strong experience with Testing, Java or Python based Rest APIs.
• Strong understanding of CICD processes using Gitlab.
• Experience writing medium to complex queries for ETL Testing.
• Good to have Automated Testing experience using Selenium TestNG.
• Good to have Banking/Capital Markets experience.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
• Familiarity with programming languages relevant to automated testing.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues effectively.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Automated Testing.
• The candidate should be willing to work from client location in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days a week.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
