Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve leading initiatives that enhance quality processes, tools, and methodologies, significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to ensure the highest standards of quality in software delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Develop and implement testing strategies that align with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Experience with automation testing frameworks and tools. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
