Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve leading initiatives that enhance quality processes, tools, and methodologies, significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. You will work collaboratively with various teams to evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to ensure the highest standards of quality in software delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and suggest improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mendix (Platform). - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex requirements to design effective test strategies. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and their application in testing. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Mendix (Platform). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
